We are very excited at the prospect of having you come on board S.S. Reflections as a VIP Sponsor! SSR is an online magazine celebrating our 5th anniversary this year. SSR has a unique concept in that it is a virtual cruise ship from the Golden Era; we have been inspiring and educating our readers as we visit a new port each month. We have an amazing crew who create designs and share ideas with our readers from various “decks” of the ship. We have a Stamping Arts Deck, Altered Arts Deck, Scrapbooking Deck, Digital Deck and a very active online community with our readers on our Communications Deck. SSR was built and created for the Artists, by Artists.
Our fly-out menu bar, to the left can take you anywhere on the ship that you would like to be as it will guide you through each deck on this magnificent ship! We even make it easy for you to read each page of SSR with our link system. At the bottom of each page just click the link which will take you to the next live page of the ezine. We also offer the Quick Links section which will take you to the deck of your choice or the area in the magazine that you wish to visit next at the bottom of each page. We encourage all our VIP sponsors to participate in the Ezine Yahoo! Group and our Interactive Reader's Gallery as well as our Ezine Message Board. As a paid VIP sponsor you have the added advantage of being able to share commercials (COMMS or ADS) with our readers at any time. We also encourage our sponsors to share special news and sales with our readers in our Sponsor Spotlight. We have set Monday's aside as COMM days for anyone who participates on the Ezine Yahoo! group to post COMMS but as I said our paid sponsors are able to post COMMS any day of the week. We encourage you to change the look of your ads often to continue to catch the eyes of our readers. We have many opportunities on SSR to showcase your products by our professional designers, don't hesitate to contact us and we will send you the information for various programs available. This would include product donations for our designers. We are now offering an opportunity for manufacturers to receive a free month of advertising on SSR in exchange for a product donation to our designers. We schedule a specific month on our editorial schedule to feature your product throughout the magazine and the first month that is available your ad will be featured on our menu. We can also schedule individual product reviews by a specific designer and in exchange for the product donation we will feature your banner ad on the designers page and in our bi-monthly newsletter. Another option for free advertising on SSR would be to sponsor one of our Designer Challenges but our schedule fills up very fast as this is a very popular feature so contact us now! When you come on board SSR you will also be listed on our Making Waves pages and we encourage you to send us updates regularly for our Sponsor Spotlight! CURRENT AD RATES: Banner Ad $ 50.00 per month (270 x 100 pixels) (Placement of banner ads is at the bottom of the pages before the links – minimum of 2 placements in each issue) Menu Ad $ 150.00 per month (130 x 130 pixels) (On the menu under the Table of Contents) Small Menu Ad BUTTON $ 100.00 per month (130 x 60 pixels) – NEW! (On the menu under the Table of Contents) Newsletter Banner Ad $ 100.00 per month (270 x 100 pixels) (Banner in the bi-monthly newsletter. The current newsletter is always available for access to read from the fly out menu). • The above ad rates require a minimum 6-month commitment with a 10% discount available by paying quarterly. Live Hyperlinks $ 200.00 per year Every time your company is listed in the magazine (i.e., supply lists and feature articles) it is a live hyperlink to your own website. Store Directory $100 for one full year lists your store in our Store Directory listing which includes a live hyperlink to your own website. Please note: This site owner has the right to upgrade your ad package at no extra cost to you, at any time. A free package upgrade in one month does not guarantee a free upgrade in subsequent months. Banner ad prices will not increase as long as you commit to advertising each month. If you stop for 1 month, you will be subject to any new rate. You will receive an electronic invoice the first week of the month for the following month’s advertising. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. You may cancel any ad and/or terminate this Agreement anytime AFTER your initial 6-month agreement and BEFORE the 20th of the month with or without cause. If you cancel after the 20th of the month you are responsible for the cost of the ad. You are responsible for informing us of your intent to stop advertising. All cancellations/terminations must be submitted in writing via e-mail to adsales@ssreflections.com. S.S. Reflections is not responsible for any lost, misdirected or delayed e-mail. Termination of your account shall be effective when this site's owner receives your notice via e-mail. A reply e-mail will be sent to confirm receipt of your cancellation/termination request.
