Welcome Aboard Stamping and Scrapping Reflections!
Dawn Heath - EditorWelcome aboard for the next leg of our cruise around the world! Our first month was a wonderful trip! You will probably notice a few changes, as we’re tweaking our ship as we cruise along. We have had an amazing response from you, our readers and we hope you will enjoy this next issue as much as our first!
Our Celebrity Headliner this month is Leslie Blackburn Ohnstad, owner of Angelwings Enterprises. We love Leslie’s Radiant Pearls and her new Twinkling H20’s are AMAZING! We’ve actually received a double blessing as the renowned Judi Kaufman has written a wonderful profile of Leslie and Angelwings. We feel very privileged to have both Leslie and Judi on board for December and I hope you enjoy what Leslie and Judi are sharing with us this month.
I mentioned last month that we were going to Russia for December so we could have a white Christmas. We were very lucky to find some parchment sheets full of Russian themed images from Altered Pages. Each of our designers has been given these to work with, so you’ll see many different types of designs using these wonderful images! It has been a lot of fun searching for designs to use based on our ports of call. I think I can safely say that our designers truly feel the challenge!!
Our Scrappers Design Challenge for this month is Puzzle Mate’s brand new line of Color Blocks. Our Scrapping Crew has been very creative with these cool color block themed cards. I’d like to thank Alison for providing the Color Blocks for this months challenge.
Our stampers have been very hard at work using the Russian line of stamps from The Stampsmith. The Stamping Crew has really outdone themselves with some amazing work. I’m sure you will agree when you see what they have created! Thank you Estelle, for your generosity for our Stampers Design Challenge.
